A great way to stay balanced and well is to ensure your inner terrain is healthy - happy mind, happy body :-) Try turning one of the rooms of your home into the designated chill and relax zone - bring mattresses, pillows, blankets, stuffed animals all into one room and set yourself up for the day! The kids will love creating forts, the pets will love having you closer to them and you'll love not being so stressed out about the pandemic that's going on outdoors!
